Before a mild heatstroke episode, most patients experience prodromal symptoms such as headache, dizziness, excessive sweating, and limb weakness; they should immediately leave the high-temperature environment and move to a cool, shaded area. Patients may develop mild heatstroke, sunburned facial skin, or facial flushing. Prompt medical evaluation and scientifically appropriate treatment are essential. Additionally, some patients with mild heatstroke may exhibit less common symptoms, including fatigue with diaphoresis, generalized weakness, vertigo, nausea, and vomiting.
