Hello, You have three raised areas on your neck that feel soft to the touch, accompanied by numerous symptoms. These findings most likely indicate lymphadenopathy (enlarged lymph nodes). However, whether this is due to lymphadenitis (lymph node inflammation) cannot be determined definitively without further evaluation. A color Doppler ultrasound and, if necessary, fine-needle aspiration biopsy with pathological examination are required for a definitive diagnosis. Additionally, excessive sweating warrants evaluation for lymph node tuberculosis. A tuberculin skin test (TST) or interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) may be performed to assess for latent or active tuberculosis infection. We hope this information is helpful to you. Wishing you good health and happiness!
