Loratadine tablets can treat urticaria. It is an antihistamine that alleviates skin itching or other systemic symptoms caused by histamine. If the urticarial rash is scattered, oral administration of this medication for 3–5 days may lead to improvement or cure; if the rash is densely distributed, at least one week of treatment is required to achieve improvement or resolution.
