Recently under too much stress, feeling tense, having trouble sleeping, and experiencing anxiety. What should I do about frequent nervousness and anxiety?
You may feel anxious easily, so you should assess whether you are experiencing significant pain or if it is affecting your work, daily life, or studies—preventing you from carrying out normal activities. If the above symptoms are not present, then although you might have feelings of tension and anxiety, they do not significantly impact your daily functioning. In such cases, simply focus your attention on doing what needs to be done. There's no need to overly concern yourself with your mental state, as paying too much attention to it can actually intensify these feelings.
