Chest tightness, vague and persistent pain in the front of the chest, feeling of fullness after dinner. If an examination shows mild enlargement of the left ventricle, does it necessarily indicate cardiomyopathy? How can coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy be clinically differentiated and confirmed?

The two diseases generally differ significantly in terms of causes, clinical manifestations, and treatment approaches.
