What symptoms occur with shoulder periarthritis?
Disease description:
My shoulder is very painful, and I suspect I have periarthritis of the shoulder. I would like to know what symptoms periarthritis of the shoulder causes.
This condition usually causes pain, which may not be severe initially but gradually worsens over time. Patients also experience restricted movement of the shoulder in all directions, including forward, backward, and others. Tenderness may develop in areas such as the acromion and other muscle regions. Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) is a self-limiting disease; nighttime pain progressively increases, peaks, and then gradually subsides, eventually restoring normal function.
