What are the symptoms of shoulder periarthritis?
Disease description:
I was talking to my mom, and she said her shoulders have been hurting these days—possibly due to shoulder periarthritis. What are the symptoms of shoulder periarthritis?
Shoulder periarthritis usually presents with severe pain, which tends to worsen at night. During the first episode, localized redness, swelling, and severe pain occur, becoming more painful upon manual manipulation. The pain is primarily around the shoulder area, sometimes extending down to the deltoid insertion point and occasionally radiating up to the elbow joint.
