Pelvic effusion is divided into physiological and pathological types. A small amount of pelvic fluid during a woman's ovulation period is considered a normal physiological phenomenon. However, pelvic effusion can also be caused by pathological conditions such as ectopic pregnancy and endometriosis. If patients experience discomfort or related symptoms, active treatment is recommended.
