Early nephritis can be evaluated at the nephrology department of a正规 hospital through routine blood tests, kidney examinations, and urinalysis. The presence of dysmorphic red blood cells or proteinuria during testing often suggests possible nephritis. The most common early symptoms of nephritis include morning eyelid edema, excessive foam in the urine, decreased immunity, and general fatigue or malaise.
