Urethral stones can be treated with medications, surgery, and other methods. If the stone in the urethra is relatively small, it may be expelled under a doctor's guidance using medications such as Xiangshili (Lithotriptic) tablets, JingShiLing capsules, or Shenshitong granules, along with increased water intake to facilitate stone passage. If the stone is large or drug-induced stone expulsion proves ineffective, procedures such as anterior urethrotomy for stone removal or urethroscopic lithotomy may be performed.
