Dysmenorrhea may be relieved after marriage. After physical development, as the uterus matures, the cervical os fully dilates and repositions, so menstrual pain often disappears after childbirth. However, some women may still experience dysmenorrhea caused by conditions such as pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis after marriage or childbirth. Therefore, it cannot be generalized whether dysmenorrhea will improve after marriage or childbirth.
