When diagnosing endometrial cancer, tumor markers provide reference values; combining multiple tumor markers can improve detection efficiency. However, tumor markers for endometrial cancer are not specific. In cases of metastasis or mid-to-late stage endometrial cancer, levels of CA125 and HE4 in the blood will increase.
