In patients with endometrial cancer, bleeding typically lasts for more than about one month. Due to the presence of endometrial cancer, women often experience irregular vaginal bleeding lasting longer than 7 days, caused by shedding of the endometrium and necrosis of cancer cells. Appropriate hemostatic treatment is usually selected. If tumor necrosis is accompanied by vascular invasion, vaginal bleeding will continue and the amount of blood loss is generally substantial, potentially leading to severe anemia.
