What exactly causes dull pain in the testicles?
Disease description:
There is always a symptom of dull pain in the testicles, but I don't know what's going on—what exactly causes this kind of dull testicular pain?
The causes of dull pain in the testicles are generally due to testicular lesions. If a patient experiences acute and severe pain, it is usually caused by testicular or testicular appendage torsion, acute epididymo-orchitis, trauma, or similar conditions. Chronic pain often occurs in cases of varicocele, hydrocele of the testis, or testicular tumors, commonly presenting as distending or dragging pain. Varicocele may lead to a sensation of heaviness and discomfort in the affected side of the scrotum.
