Nasal tumors can cause nasal obstruction, leading to symptoms such as nasal congestion, reduced sense of smell, and impaired nasal breathing. Runny nose may also occur, and some patients may notice blood streaks in their nasal discharge. If an infection is present, the discharge may become purulent and bloody. When the tumor invades the ear area, symptoms such as tinnitus, ear pain, and hearing loss may easily develop.
