The CT findings of adrenal tumors are related to the nature of the tumor. If it is a benign adrenal adenoma, the tumor is generally oval or round in shape, with relatively uniform density, clear boundaries, and a smooth contour. In cases of adrenal cortical carcinoma, CT examination may reveal irregular shape, heterogeneous density, and a diameter greater than 4 cm.
