How to treat rosacea
Disease description:
I don't know when it started, but the tip of my nose has become red, itchy, and developed blackheads. A friend said it's rosacea. How is rosacea treated?
Rosacea can be improved with chemical peels using alpha hydroxy acids (AHA). The specific method involves applying an appropriate concentration of AHA to the skin surface to remove excess dead and aging keratinocytes, deeply cleanse pores, and clear out debris and impurities within them. For more severe cases of rosacea, improvement can be achieved through laser therapy, cryotherapy, or dermabrasion surgery. After treatment, it is important to enhance nasal skincare, maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene, and avoid spicy and greasy foods in the diet.
