Symptoms of spleen deficiency, blood stasis, and stomach heat
Disease description:
My body suddenly became weak, and I constantly have a sore throat and toothache. The doctor said it's due to spleen deficiency, blood stasis, and excessive stomach heat. What symptoms might this cause?
Spleen deficiency is primarily caused by impaired spleen qi, usually manifesting as abnormal physiological functions of the spleen, including abdominal distension and poor appetite, and may also lead to limb fatigue. Blood stasis with stomach heat mainly results from damp-heat and stagnation of qi in the spleen and stomach, obstructing their transformation and transportation functions. This condition can cause body heat, bitter taste and thirst, yellow urine, sticky bowel movements, as well as symptoms such as yellow tongue coating and swollen, painful gums. If dampness is particularly severe, it may lead to acne or eczema.
