What causes leg muscle pain?
Disease description:
My leg tendon was hurting badly when I got up this morning, and I don't even know what caused it. I'd like to ask, what could cause pain in the leg tendon?
Leg muscle pain is often caused by trauma, overexertion, or poor posture during daily life and work. It commonly results from a herniated lumbar disc compressing nerves, leading to piriformis syndrome, leg muscle contusions, or compression of leg nerves. Moreover, when caused by nerve compression, it is mostly due to lumbar disc herniation and degenerative changes in the lumbar spine. Nerve root compression manifests as soreness and pain in the lower limb muscles, radiating from the lower back down the leg, sometimes accompanied by numbness.
