How many days should ofloxacin ear drops be used?

Use ofloxacin otic solution for approximately 3 days. The medication should be gradually discontinued only after the patient's symptoms have gradually subsided and ear discharge has completely disappeared. Generally, medication should be stopped only after an ENT physician confirms recovery upon examination. If the patient's symptoms show no significant improvement after 7 to 10 days of using this medication, it is recommended that the patient not self-administer the drug again, but instead seek timely medical attention at a formal comprehensive hospital.
