Male testicular diseases include congenital abnormalities such as cryptorchidism, anorchia, and ectopic testis, all of which are classified as congenital developmental anomalies. There are also testicular injuries, such as testicular contusion, testicular rupture, and traumatic testicular dislocation, with direct physical trauma being the most common cause. Additionally, there is orchitis, which is mostly secondary to suppurative bacterial infection.
