The skin symptoms caused by cirrhosis are not fixed and may present in various ways. When there is a tendency for bleeding, patients may develop mucosal bleeding spots and symptoms of purpura. In addition, they may also exhibit spider angiomas and palmar erythema. As the condition progresses to the middle stage of cirrhosis and jaundice develops, the skin may appear yellowish.
