Dr. Zhang Heyang
Cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor can be used for hemostasis because it contains clotting factors. Plasma cryoprecipitate contains factor VIII and fibrinogen, as well as von Willebrand factor, fibronectin, factor XIII, and other components. It is primarily used to treat bleeding caused by deficiencies of factor VIII and fibrinogen, or in patients with hemophilia. It can also achieve effective hemostasis in patients with postoperative bleeding, severe traumatic hemorrhage, or disseminated intravascular coagulation.
