How to check sperm viability

Sperm viability is primarily assessed through semen analysis. First, approximately 3 milliliters of semen are collected and must be delivered for testing within 30 minutes; it is crucial not to exceed this time limit, as delays may result in inaccurate test results. Under normal conditions, there should be more than 20 million sperm per milliliter, with a viability rate of at least 60%, which indicates a high chance of pregnancy.
