When the body accumulates excessive dampness, symptoms may include heaviness in the head, bodily weakness, heavy limbs, general discomfort, and excessive fatigue. Joint-related symptoms can manifest as soreness, poor joint mobility, chest tightness, abdominal bloating, reduced appetite, dry mouth, sticky sensation in the mouth, fatigue, and sticky stools due to spleen and stomach dysfunction. Women may also experience clinical symptoms such as excessive vaginal discharge and genital itching during periods of high humidity. The tongue coating typically appears white and greasy, sometimes with yellowish patches. Sticky stools that adhere to the toilet bowl and are difficult to flush away are commonly observed clinical signs.
