Uterine cavity bleeding is not cervical cancer. The bleeding site in cervical cancer is usually located in the cervix, not within the uterine cavity. Patients with endometrial cancer often experience uterine cavity bleeding. However, uterine cavity bleeding is not a specific manifestation of endometrial cancer, but rather a non-specific symptom. Some women may experience dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to abnormal hormone secretion, irregular ovulation, or other reasons.
