Medications that suppress uterine contractions may be used to appropriately prolong gestational age. If the membranes remain intact and maternal-fetal conditions permit, efforts should be made to maintain the pregnancy until at least 34 weeks. Therefore, any abnormalities should be evaluated immediately at a hospital, and fetal preservation should be conducted under medical guidance. Regular daily care and routine check-ups are also important.
