Abnormal fetal position at seven months of pregnancy generally does not require correction. If the fetus is in an abnormal position, such as breech, at this stage, intervention is usually unnecessary—wait and allow the fetus to naturally turn into a head-down position on its own. Correction can be considered at 32 weeks if the fetus remains in a breech position. The knee-chest position is typically recommended, performed twice daily (morning and evening), each session lasting 10–15 minutes. Empty the bladder before starting the exercise. In most cases, the breech position will convert to a head-down position, allowing for normal vaginal delivery.
