Dr. Zhao Xiaodong
In the vast majority of cases, abnormal vaginal discharge does not occur with blocked fallopian tubes. This is because tubal obstruction does not directly affect the bacterial environment within the vagina, cause infections by specific pathogens, or impact the condition of the cervix. Therefore, women do not experience abnormal vaginal discharge as a result of blocked fallopian tubes. Many women may have no specific discomfort symptoms at all following tubal blockage. It is often only after undergoing hysterosalpingography at a hospital's gynecology department that tubal obstruction caused by blockage is discovered. Generally, such women typically do not exhibit abnormal vaginal discharge.
