Dietary Therapy for Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Disease description:
My son has pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia. What dietary therapies do you recommend?
For pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia, a recommended dietary remedy is scallion water. Soak scallion sections (with roots attached) in salt water, then boil them in water with red dates and a small amount of rock sugar. This may help relieve symptoms such as runny nose, tearing, and sneezing in children. It's best taken twice daily. However, if symptoms do not improve or show signs of worsening, medical attention should be sought promptly.
