You can use a cotton swab dipped in hemostatic powder to gently press on the bleeding area beneath the tooth root. Then, apply the hemostatic powder onto the bleeding site with the cotton swab and maintain pressure for approximately 5 minutes to allow the blood to clot. After removing the cotton swab, continue applying pressure to the bleeding area under the tooth root until the bleeding stops completely. Additionally, you may use ice cubes or cold compresses by placing the ice or an ice pack directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes at a time, which can effectively reduce bleeding.
