Abdominal pain: Lower abdominal pain is a common symptom of adnexitis, usually bilateral, and may worsen during bowel movements. 3. Menstrual irregularity: Manifested as frequent menstruation and excessive menstrual flow, possibly related to ovarian dysfunction or pelvic congestion. 4. Dysmenorrhea: Congestive dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic congestion typically begins about one week before menstruation and becomes more pronounced as the period approaches. 5. Other symptoms: These include abnormal discharge, increased thick vaginal discharge with an unpleasant odor, lumbago (lower back pain), and bladder or rectal irritation symptoms such as urinary frequency.
