Symptoms of chronic adnexitis
Disease description:
I feel that my vaginal discharge is always abnormal, and I'm worried about having chronic adnexitis. What are the symptoms of chronic adnexitis?
The main symptoms of chronic adnexitis include:
1. Lower abdominal symptoms: Abdominal pain of varying degrees, usually presenting as a dull discomfort, which may be accompanied by obvious lower abdominal heaviness and low back pain, especially exacerbated after physical exertion or during menstruation.
2. Menstrual abnormalities: Obvious menstrual irregularities, commonly manifested as frequent menstruation and excessive menstrual flow, possibly resulting from pelvic congestion and ovarian dysfunction.
3. Abnormal vaginal discharge: Markedly increased vaginal discharge, which may even become purulent; some patients may also experience pain during sexual intercourse.
4. Systemic symptoms: May include mild fever, fatigue, and other discomforts; in severe cases, it can lead to infertility.
