What are the common diseases associated with pancreatic cancer?
Disease description:
I often experience a bitter taste in my mouth, which is very uncomfortable. I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and I'm very worried. I would like to ask, what are the common symptoms of pancreatic cancer?

Common symptoms of pancreatic cancer mainly include:
1. Abdominal pain: As the earliest symptom of pancreatic cancer, the pain is often located in the left upper abdomen, middle upper abdomen, and periumbilical area, presenting as persistent dull or sharp pain.
2. Jaundice: About 60% of patients with pancreatic cancer develop jaundice,表现为yellowing of the sclera and skin, and darkening of urine color.
3. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Such as loss of appetite, indigestion, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Patients generally have little or no appetite in the late stages.
4. Weight loss: Significant weight loss is one of the main manifestations of pancreatic cancer. A weight loss of more than 10% within six months should raise concern.
5. Other symptoms: Including abdominal masses, fever (body temperature generally does not exceed 38.5℃), and oral lesions.
As pancreatic cancer is difficult to detect in its early stages, most patients are already in the middle or late stages when diagnosed. Therefore, regular health check-ups and timely medical intervention are crucial.
