Disease description:

When patients with early-stage cirrhosis experience mild pain in the liver area, the following measures can be taken:
1. Examination and diagnosis: Perform liver function tests to confirm the extent of liver damage, and evaluate for possible complications such as hepatocellular carcinoma or portal vein thrombosis.
2. Pharmacological treatment: Administer oral hepatoprotective medications, such as silibinin tablets or bicyclol, in combination with blood-activating and meridian-unblocking agents like Fuzheng Huayu capsules, to reduce liver inflammation and fibrosis.
3. Lifestyle modification: Ensure adequate rest, avoid excessive fatigue and staying up late, reduce workload, and prevent the occurrence of complications.
4. Regular follow-up: Schedule periodic follow-up tests including liver function, four indicators of liver fibrosis, and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound to monitor disease progression.
5. Etiological treatment: Treat the underlying causes of cirrhosis, such as antiviral therapy or alcohol cessation, to control disease progression.
