How to use ovulation test strips
Disease description:
Excuse me, my husband and I are trying to conceive and we would like to have intercourse during the ovulation period. Could you please tell me how to properly use ovulation test strips?
The instructions for using ovulation test strips are as follows:
1. Timing: Begin using the ovulation test strips around the 10th day of your menstrual cycle. If your menstrual cycle is irregular, it is recommended to start testing on the 3rd day after your menstrual period ends, and continue until ovulation is detected.
2. Collecting urine: Use a clean container to collect urine, making sure the urine volume does not exceed the marked line on the test strip.
3. Performing the test: Insert the testing end of the strip into the urine and remove it after approximately three seconds. Be careful not to immerse the strip beyond the indicated line.
4. Reading the results: Wait 10–20 minutes before reading the result. The result is most accurate when read within 30 minutes. If the ovulation test strip displays two red lines, or one dark and one light red line, it indicates that ovulation is likely to occur soon. If only one red line appears, it suggests that ovulation may not have occurred.
