Kaisailu is a medication used to relieve constipation, primarily by lubricating and stimulating the intestines to promote bowel movements. When using Kaisailu, follow these steps:

1. Preparation: Ensure your hands are clean and remove the packaging of the Kaisailu. Usually, the medication comes in a tube form, with the tip of the tube intended for insertion into the rectum. Prior to use, warm water may be used to clean the area around the anus if necessary.

2. Method of use: Lie on your left side or on your back. Apply some lubricant to the tip of the tube to reduce discomfort during insertion. Gently insert the tip of the tube into the anus, and squeeze the tube to slowly inject the medication into the rectum. After administering the medication, slowly remove the tube to avoid leakage of the medication.

3. Waiting time: After injecting the medication, remain lying down for several minutes to allow the medication to work effectively within the intestine. Usually, the medication will stimulate a bowel movement within 15 to 30 minutes.

If there is no significant effect or if discomfort occurs after use, it is recommended to consult a physician or pharmacist.
