In early pregnancy, due to changes in hormone levels in the body, especially the rise in progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) levels, some women may experience dizziness. This is usually related to the following factors:

1. Blood pressure changes: During early pregnancy, blood vessels dilate, which may cause blood pressure to drop, reducing blood flow to the brain and causing temporary dizziness.

2. Blood sugar fluctuations: Morning sickness or changes in appetite may lead to unstable blood sugar levels, and low blood sugar can also cause dizziness.

3. Anemia: The demand for iron increases during pregnancy; insufficient iron intake may lead to anemia, which can result in dizziness.

4. Fluid and electrolyte imbalance: Nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy may lead to loss of fluids and electrolytes, affecting normal bodily functions, including blood circulation.

If dizziness is accompanied by other symptoms such as palpitations, fatigue, or sweating, immediate medical attention should be sought.
