What are the early signs of breast hyperplasia?
Disease description:
I have recently experienced severe pain around my breasts and don't know why. Could it be breast hyperplasia? I would like to ask, what are the early signs of breast hyperplasia?

Mammary hyperplasia, commonly referred to as cystic hyperplasia of the breast, is a common breast condition in women, primarily affecting women of childbearing age. Its early signs or symptoms may include:
1. Breast discomfort: There may be a sensation of breast pain, which can be cyclical and associated with the menstrual cycle. The pain typically worsens about a week before menstruation and subsides after the menstrual period ends.
2. Breast swelling: The breasts may feel firmer or larger than usual. Upon palpation, nodules or lumps may be detected—these are usually multiple, ill-defined in borders, and mobile.
3. Breast tenderness: Some women may experience a feeling of pressure or heaviness in the breasts.
4. Nipple changes: The nipples may become sensitive or experience a pricking sensation. Occasionally, there may be nipple discharge, typically clear or pale yellow in color.
5. Cyclical pain: The pain may not be constant, but rather fluctuate in a regular pattern corresponding to the menstrual cycle.
If the above symptoms appear, especially if a breast lump is detected, prompt medical consultation is advised.
