What are the early symptoms of kidney cancer?
Disease description:
My own kidney has not been functioning well for some time, and I've consistently experienced incomplete urination and painful urination. Recently, after going to the doctor due to blood in my urine, the physician mentioned it could be a symptom of kidney cancer. I really want to know, what are the early signs of kidney cancer?

In the early stages, kidney cancer may not present obvious symptoms. However, in some cases, the following signs may occur:
1. Blood in the urine (hematuria): This may be painless, and the urine may appear pink, dark red, or contain visible blood streaks.
2. Back pain: A persistent or intermittent pain in the lower back or sides may develop, sometimes extending to the lower abdomen.
3. Mass: Although uncommon, an enlarged kidney tumor might sometimes be felt in the abdomen during the early stages of kidney cancer.
4. Weight loss: Unexplained weight loss, especially when there have been no changes in diet or level of physical activity.
5. Fatigue: A persistent feeling of tiredness that doesn't improve with rest.
6. High blood pressure: Kidney cancer can sometimes affect kidney function, leading to elevated blood pressure.
7. Other nonspecific symptoms: Such as fever, increased night-time urination, frequent urination, urgency to urinate, and loss of appetite.
If any of the above conditions occur, it is important to seek timely medical attention for a comprehensive evaluation.
