Common causes of short urination and red-colored urine include the following:

1. Urinary tract infection (UTI): This is one of the most common causes. When pathogens invade the urinary system, they trigger an inflammatory response, damaging the local mucous membranes and causing capillaries to rupture, which can change the urine color and lead to bleeding. Urinary tract infections usually require antibiotic treatment, such as Cefixime granules or Amoxicillin capsules.

2. Cystitis: When the bladder becomes inflamed, the bladder mucosa becomes congested, swollen, and eroded under the stimulation of inflammatory factors. In severe cases, it may cause bleeding. Treatment of cystitis mainly relies on sensitive antibiotics, such as Levofloxacin tablets or Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride tablets.

3. Hematuria: Red-colored urine may be primarily caused by hematuria, which means the presence of red blood cells in the urine. Hematuria can be caused by various factors, including but not limited to urinary tract infections, stones, kidney diseases, vascular disorders, or side effects of certain medications.
