1. Chest pain: One of the most common symptoms of chest pain is a feeling of pressure or squeezing, often accompanied by a sense of impending doom. The pain typically occurs in the central or left side of the chest and may be associated with a sensation of tightness or burning.
2. Radiating pain: During chest pain, the sensation may not only be limited to the chest but may also radiate to the left shoulder, left arm, neck, jaw, or back, especially on the left side.
3. Palpitations: Palpitations are caused by rapid or irregular heartbeats. Patients may feel a strong or fast heartbeat, often accompanied by anxiety or discomfort.
4. Shortness of breath: Patients may experience breathlessness after physical activity or emotional excitement. In severe cases, shortness of breath may even occur at rest.
