Common symptoms of knee synovitis include knee pain, swelling, and limited range of motion. Common treatment methods:

1. Rest and protection: Reduce the load on the knee joint, avoid strenuous exercise and prolonged standing, and use crutches or walking sticks to alleviate joint stress.

2. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): Such as ibuprofen capsules, indomethacin tablets, which can relieve pain and inflammation.

3. Corticosteroid medications: Local injections can be administered, which are effective in reducing inflammation and relieving pain during acute phases, but should not be used frequently.

4. Physical therapy: Includes heat compresses, cold compresses, electrotherapy, ultrasound, etc., which can help alleviate pain and improve blood circulation.

5. Joint aspiration and injection therapy: When swelling and fluid accumulation in the joint are significant, joint aspiration can be performed to remove fluid, followed by injection of corticosteroids, sodium hyaluronate, or other medications to lubricate the joint, reduce inflammation, protect cartilage, relieve pain, and improve joint function.

6. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments: Such as acupuncture, cupping, and herbal fumigation and washing, which may assist in relieving symptoms.

7. Surgical treatment: For severe synovitis that does not respond to conservative treatment and significantly impairs quality of life, arthroscopic debridement or synovectomy may be considered.
