When experiencing stomach cramps accompanied by diarrhea, the following measures can help alleviate symptoms:

1. Rest and hydration: Allow your body sufficient time to rest and recover. Maintain adequate fluid intake to prevent dehydration.

2. Dietary adjustment: Avoid high-fiber foods such as celery and leeks, which can reduce intestinal motility and help alleviate abdominal pain and diarrhea. It is recommended to consume easily digestible foods such as white rice and noodles.

3. Heat application and massage: Apply a hot water bottle or heating pad to the abdomen for 15–30 minutes to help relieve smooth muscle tension. Additionally, gently massaging the abdomen in a clockwise direction may promote gastrointestinal motility and relieve discomfort.

4. Medication: If symptoms persist, consult a physician regarding the use of anticholinergic medications such as atropine tablets or anisodamine tablets, which can inhibit excessive smooth muscle contraction and relieve spasms and diarrhea.

If symptoms persist or worsen, or if high fever, severe abdominal pain, or blood in the stool occurs, seek immediate medical attention.
