Diarrhea, fatigue, and low blood pressure can be caused by various factors:

1. Diarrhea: May be triggered by infections, food poisoning, irritable bowel syndrome, or gastrointestinal diseases.

2. Fatigue: Could result from dehydration and electrolyte imbalance caused by diarrhea, or may indicate chronic illness, anemia, or sleep disorders.

3. Low blood pressure: Particularly common in cases of diarrhea and dehydration, as reduced fluid volume directly affects blood pressure. Additionally, heart disease, hypothyroidism, or medication side effects may also lead to decreased blood pressure.

4. Common factors: Conditions such as food intolerance, infectious enteritis, cholera, chronic kidney failure, and hyperthyroidism can all cause symptoms of diarrhea, fatigue, and low blood pressure.

5. Medication effects: Drugs can cause a drop in blood pressure, especially when antihypertensive medications are taken in excessive amounts by patients with hypertension.

If symptoms persist or worsen, prompt medical attention is recommended.
