Dizziness occurring every day may be mainly caused by the following reasons:

1. Anemia: Low levels of hemoglobin in the body reduce oxygen-carrying capacity, leading to cerebral hypoxia and causing dizziness. This is commonly seen in women with heavy menstrual bleeding or patients with chronic bleeding disorders.

2. Hypotension: Low blood pressure affects blood supply to the brain.

3. Dehydration: Insufficient water intake causes blood concentration and impairs blood circulation.

4. Cervical spondylosis: Degenerative changes in the cervical spine may compress nerves or blood vessels, leading to insufficient cerebral blood supply and causing dizziness. Prolonged desk work or poor sleeping posture may trigger this condition.

If dizziness persists, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly.
