What are the symptoms of Behçet's disease?
I haven't been feeling well lately, and I heard it might be Behçet's disease. I'd like to know what symptoms are associated with Behçet's disease?

Behçet's disease, also known as Behçet's syndrome, is a chronic condition. Its common symptoms include:
1. Oral ulcers:表现为圆形或椭圆形的溃疡,边缘清晰,多出现在唇、舌、颊黏膜等口腔部位,溃疡底部可能有黄色覆盖物,周围有红晕,且容易反复发作。
2. Genital ulcers: Painful ulcers may also develop on the genitals, such as on the penis, vagina, or around the anus. These ulcers are often larger and deeper than oral ulcers and take longer to heal.
3. Eye involvement: Any tissue in either eye can be affected, with uveitis being the most common manifestation. Patients may experience blurred vision, vision loss, eye redness, eye pain, and other symptoms.
4. Skin lesions: These include pustular rashes, erythema nodosum, folliculitis, papules, and an exaggerated response to minor injuries known as "pathergy reaction" or "needle prick reaction."
5. Joint pain or arthritis: However, it typically does not cause permanent joint damage.
If you experience the above symptoms, please seek medical attention promptly.
