How to take Bifidobacterium Triphosphate Live Tablets

Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets are a compound preparation containing Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Streptococcus thermophilus. It is primarily used to regulate the balance of intestinal flora, improve intestinal function, enhance immunity, and assist in the treatment of symptoms such as diarrhea and bloating caused by intestinal flora imbalance. The methods of administration are as follows:

1. Administration for Adults:

1. Dosage: The recommended dose for adults is generally 2-4 tablets each time, twice daily.

2. Timing: It is best taken half an hour after meals to reduce the impact of food on probiotics, thereby increasing their survival rate and effectiveness.

3. Water temperature: Use warm boiled water not exceeding 40°C for oral administration; avoid using excessively hot water.

2. Administration for Infants, Toddlers, and Children:

1. Infants under six months: 1 tablet each time, 2 to 3 times daily.

It should not be taken simultaneously with antibiotics. There should be an interval of at least two hours between the two to prevent antibiotics from affecting the activity of the probiotics.
