Low-calorie fruits
During this period, I have been trying to lose weight. I usually don't eat staple foods, and basically only eat fruits. I would like to know which fruits and foods generally have low calories.
Below are some fruit options that are relatively low in calories but high in nutritional value:
1. Papaya: Papaya is not only low in calories, but also rich in papain, an enzyme that aids digestion and helps break down proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, benefiting weight loss and maintaining good health.
2. Cherry tomatoes: Cherry tomatoes are extremely low in calories, containing approximately 25 calories per 100 grams, making them an ideal low-calorie snack.
3. Strawberries: Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, which help boost immunity and promote digestion, with approximately 32 calories per 100 grams.
4. Watermelon: Although watermelon is sweet, its actual calorie content per 100 grams is not high due to its high water content, ranging between 30-32 calories.
5. Grapefruit: Grapefruit is low in calories and high in fiber, helping to increase satiety and reduce calorie intake, making it suitable for individuals aiming to lose weight.
6. Starfruit: Starfruit has a sweet and sour taste and is relatively low in calories, containing approximately 30 calories per 100 grams, while also being rich in vitamins and minerals.
