Elevated TSH levels may indicate hypothyroidism, where the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones, affecting the body's metabolism. Further tests, such as thyroid antibody testing, are needed to determine the cause. Thyroid hormone replacement therapy may be required, and regular follow-up testing of thyroid function is necessary to adjust medication dosage accordingly.

Elevated uric acid levels may lead to gout attacks and are often associated with purine metabolic disorders or reduced uric acid excretion. It is important to control diet by avoiding high-purine foods and to drink plenty of water to promote uric acid excretion. If uric acid levels remain persistently high or are accompanied by gout symptoms, medication such as allopurinol or febuxostat may be required.

Abnormal liver function can result from various causes, including viral hepatitis infection, drug-induced liver injury, and fatty liver disease. Depending on the severity of liver damage, hepatoprotective medications may be needed.

Renal crystals may develop into kidney stones due to the precipitation of certain components in the urine at high concentrations. It is recommended to drink plenty of water to increase urine output, dilute the urine, and reduce crystal deposition. Regular follow-up ultrasound of the urinary system is advised to monitor changes in renal crystals.
